Bridging studies

Richmond Pharmacology is the largest provider of Japanese / Caucasian Bridging Studies in Europe. Our unique recruitment set up ensures a large panel of both European and Japanese based volunteers. All bridging studies are run with both Japanese and Caucasian volunteers in the same ward, undergoing the same procedures to ensure a reduction in potential bias. Volunteers receive a standardised bridging studies menu, developed in-house to accommodate both cultures and ensure standardisation across the study groups. Richmond Pharmacology have Japanese and Caucasian staff working together on all studies. Their understanding of both the culture and language ensure the comfort of our Japanese volunteers and most importantly, correctly document adverse events.
