Bhavesh Ganesh MA - HR Director

Bhavesh Ganesh is the Human Resources Director at Richmond Pharmacology, serving on the Executive Board, directing HR strategy and operations, ensuring the alignment of our people practices with the company's strategic objectives. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, Bhavesh leads a dedicated HR team that focuses on employee engagement, learning & development, performance management, equity, diversity and inclusion, talent management, and workforce planning.

Bhavesh joined Richmond in February 2022 as the Head of Human Resources and was promoted to HR Director in April 2023. His extensive background in human resources spans over two decades. 

Throughout his career, Bhavesh has demonstrated strong capability in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business success. His leadership at Richmond focuses on fostering a working environment that enables people to thrive and the company to be its best.
