Bhavesh Ganesh is Chief People Officer at Richmond Pharmacology and a member of the Executive Committee, reporting directly to the Executive Chairman. A senior HR leader with over two decades of experience across complex, fast-moving organisations, he leads people, culture, organisation, and transformation to build a company people are proud to work for and with.

Bhavesh holds accountability for HR, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Employee Wellbeing, and Operational Excellence, connecting the dots between people, capability, and how the organisation works. Operational Excellence sits within the people function because at Richmond, it is people who drive change, improve performance, and move the organisation forward.

Bhavesh joined Richmond in February 2022 and has since left a clear mark on how the company operates, feels, and grows. He is focused on ensuring that the strength of Richmond's people continues to be one of its most trusted assets.
