Kemal Rajabally

Kemal Rajabally is the Chief Financial Officer at Richmond Pharmacology, where he oversees the company's financial strategy, governance and operational performance. He oversees financial planning, budgeting, risk management and regulatory compliance, ensuring the organisation remains financially resilient and well positioned for sustainable growth.

In addition to his finance responsibilities, Kemal provides leadership across Facilities, the London Bridge Healthcare Centre (LBHC) and Clinical Physiology, helping to ensure Richmond's infrastructure and support services operate efficiently and effectively in support of clinical research activities.

With more than 30 years' experience in finance and commercial management, Kemal has held senior leadership positions across private healthcare, laboratory services and the chemicals sector. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in financial management, operational improvement and organisational governance.

Since joining Richmond, Kemal has played a key role in strengthening financial controls, improving business processes and supporting the company's continued growth. His collaborative approach and focus on operational excellence help ensure Richmond remains agile, efficient and well equipped to deliver high-quality clinical research services.
